Ronan Keating’s son Jack is appearing on Love Island, and the famous Irish singer has reacted to it on Instagram. Joining the cast of the hit ITV2 dating show, he joins the girls already in the villa while the boys are away at Casa Amor, reports Birmingham Live.

Casa Amor is designed to be the ultimate relationship test, where the existing set of boys and girls in there are put in front of a new set of the opposite sex to see if the relationships they already have are as true as they make out to be. Jack is hoping to turn heads of the girls who have been in there for a while, some of whom appearing to be settled.

Dad Ronan is proud of his son, sharing a picture of Jack announcing he was going on the show. Ronan is world famous for his hit songs in Irish pop band Boyzone and for his solo material too.

The host of The One Show seems to be up for his son’s turn in the spotlight. He wrote on Instagram: “Let’s go.” Jack revealed his dad would be watching the show at home to see how he is getting on. Speaking about his famous dad, the social media marketer said: “Yeah my dad is a singer.

“He will be watching when I’m on it for sure. He’s buzzing for me, me and my dad are very close, we’re best mates.” He added that he is willing to split up the couples with “some good chat and a bit of Irish charm as well”.
