Live Huntingdon Street updates after traffic signal failure

today28 June 2022

Background

Work is being undertaken to restore power after traffic signals on Huntingdon Street are not working on Tuesday, June 28. Traffic signals on the junction with King Edwards Street and Beck Street are not working.

The traffic lights not working is reportedly due to a local power failure. Western Power Distribution are currently working to restore power to the local area.

This comes after Nottingham City Transport buses were experiencing similar problems with the temporary lights on Sherwood Rise, due to a fault. If you have a story or something you’ve seen while out and about across Nottinghamshire, then tell us about it.
