Beer fans will be able to sample over 50 different ales and craft beers on cask and keg with a handful of cider options. The festival will also provide some street food to help soak up the beer with local vendors providing stalls and vegan food.

There will be a series of different performers taking to the Arboretum bandstand over the two days. The acts are yet to be announced but there have previously been performances by Grace Petrie and Beans on Toast. The festival will also host an Acoustic Room busk stop which will host unplugged performances from local acts.

The first Arboretum Beer Festival took place as part of their Sunset series during the summer along with yoga and performances by musicians and DJs. Over 500 people visited the event to enjoy a pint or two in the sun and enjoy the music.

Patrick Somers, DHP Family, said: “We love putting on amazing events for people, especially the people in our hometown of Nottingham, and the Arboretum Beer Festival combines our love of music and our love of tasty beer perfectly. This will be only our second year at the historic Nottingham Arboretum, but we hope that the festival can become a mainstay on the calendar of prestigious local events!”
